Do employees need to install a separate app?
No. Employees open and close shifts through a Telegram bot that is already on their phones. Managers, HR, and accounting work in a web-based system in a browser.
How does GPS change tracking work?
When a shift opens, the bot checks the employee's geolocation and assigns them to the day's crew. The manager sees who is working where, and the system displays problem marks separately.
Who has access to the data?
The system divides roles and access rights: an employee sees his shifts and timesheet, a foreman sees his team, and a manager and accounting department see the entire company.
